By booking one of our dome packages, you agree you have read and understood the booking conditions below.
Durham Igloo Co, Terms & Conditions
The contract is the document that set out these conditions and all other details about your agreement with us.

“We” and “us” and “owner” and “our” means the seller/supplier of the goods.
‘You” or “your’ or “Hirer” means the hirer of the goods.
The “goods” mean all goods to be hired to you from us.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 will be required to secure your booking with the balance due 48 hours before the event.

If the event is within 48 hours, the full balance is due to confirm the booking.
​
Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email and paid your deposit or the amount in full if your event is within 48 hours.
​
A payment can be made my, BACs or via our payment link service.
​
Please note that by paying the deposit or full payment to Durham Igloo Co/Love From Number 34 this means you have read, agree and fully understand our terms and conditions.
Cancellations
The £50.00 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the hire date, where you have paid in full you will receive a refund minus the £50.00 deposit. No refund will be given within 48 hours of the hire date.

Set up & Collection
Our garden Igloo and furnishings remains the property of Love From Number 34 / Durham Igloo Co.

The Igloo is to be set up by the DIC team and must not be moved once set up.
​
Please let us know if you have any special requirements prior to the day of set up.
​
Set up requires a flat even space of at least 4m (squared), this can be grass, artificial grass, a patio or decking.
​
Set up requires approximately 1-2 hours, the price of hire assumes easy access and parking within 25 metres from the set up point, please let us know if there are any restrictions e.g. parking, steps and stairs as this may affect our set up times and incur additional charges.
​
Durham Igloo Co reserves the right to substitute hired equipment with equipment of a similar type and value without notice in the event of previous damage or loss of booked equipment.
​
Dependant on the weather you may be supplied with an electric heater for the Dome, please ensure the heater is left at its sited location and when vacating the Dome the heater is turned off to avoid injury or furthermore fire. Irresponsible actions that result in any damage will be charged at the full rate and you will be responsible for doing so.
​
When vacating the Dome for the evening please ensure the lighting is switched off, any electrics are switched off and where possible such goods are bought into your own home for safe keeping.
​
The Dome should be zipped upon finish of use and where possible you should ensure the Dome and the goods are secure within the property.
​
Any electrical products will be tested upon set up, we will advise on how to use these items, but should you fail to operate them after our set up, it will be your responsibility.
​
No naked flames are permitted within the Dome, including smoking or vaping.
​
No animals or pets should be permitted inside the Dome.
​
Under no circumstances can you sub hire to a third party.
Liablity
The hirer is responsible to cover for any damages or theft the Igloo/equipment whilst on hire.

Durham Igloo Co accepts no liability for any damage or loss of personal property and or any injury arising from the use of the hired equipment. This is not limited to your guests.
​
Public Liability Insurance is in place, covering Durham Igloo Co up to £1,000,000.
​
Durham Igloo Co cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event without notice, these may include but are not limited to severe weather conditions e.g. severe winds forecast that exceed 50mph, traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, sickness or equipment failure. In the case that we cannot fulfill your hire due to events beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible, in these instances our liability will be limited to refunding all of the monies paid.
Use of Photographic Materials
We reserve the right to use any photograph taken of our products or services for promotional/marketing purposes. Please let us know if you are not agreeable to this.
